SECTION .0800 ‑ WAIVERS AND APPEALS

10a NCAC 27g .0801      SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS FOR WAIVERS OF RULES

Requests for waivers of these Rules insofar as they affect the issuance, renewal, revocation or suspension of licenses shall be submitted to the Director of DHSR in accordance with Rule .0813 of this Section. Requests for other waivers shall be sent to the Division Director, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services, 3001 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-3001.
